Is it legal in SA for them to have such a loud exhaust? I thought the limit was 90 dB, but their sound seems to exceed that limit.

I saw it too and camaro power skidded into 4x4 after when 4x4 leaving from parked........i can't say whose was fault? Shame on 4x4..........
