I ask the same. I feel like we as a public were ROBBED of this amazingly gifted voice, due to the choices of a few music execs. I always thought Sergio Mendes sang "Never Gonna Let You Go," but it was Joe Pizzulo's voice that was giving me chills and that HUGE dopamine hit, every single time I listened to the song. It's never left my music rotation, after all these decades.
