My main problem with FiveM is the power trigging admins in servers. It's typically children or adults who has no real power outside a video game. They cry over the smallest things which is why I stay away from public servers.

I think it's important enforce a level of quality control, especially when a lot of the FiveM community is filled with kids. It helps to weed out individuals who would compromise the roleplay atmosphere.

This has been something that NEEDED to be said, I've been playing here for 5-6 years and I dont think anyone has been this blunt because all of these children that will go and hate on the person whos said it or someone will go and do shit, Ive had my fair share of this shit and im glad someone finally said something about this. these are my problems and nitpicks with fivem... 1. Auto mod having a itchy trigger finger, banning people who are not even cheating "for cheating" I'm currently banned from fivem until December because all I wanted to do was change my graphics pack... From my perspective getting banned for actually cheating is harder that getting banned for not cheating. Its stupid and in most cases CFX moderators cant overturn the false positives so you have to sit there and carry out the punishment for something You didn't do! 2. Lack of map diversity, at a certain point I have gotten tired of LS and want something new but that's difficult because R* (granite I know there are some community map expansions in the works but they are not in a finished state so I haven't touched on them) has been going after people porting old maps and using them in fivem which is one of the reasons why I like arma 3 rp servers over fivem! 3. Los Santos in general is not that great a map, I cant tell you how boring and just uninteresting its layout is... (I could go on a multiple paragraph rant on how LC is way better by comparison!) 4. (Adding on to 3.) People have tried to change up LS but for metaphors sake, just because you put a tuxedo on a gorilla doesn't mean its no longer a gorilla anymore its still a gorilla but in a tuxedo... 5. Multiple communities try to copy each other, and because of that, all communities end up feeling the same... regardless of what scripts and or cars they use... 6. (This is subjective) There's not really a whole lot to do on most communities and you are rather encouraged more to go criminal or Law enforcement and there's not enough put in for regular civ shit for it to be fun! 7. Favoritism and pettiness, you could do nothing wrong and really want to be apart of a certain faction and because a few people in that faction don't like you and wont give you a reason why, you are soft black listed for no reason other than, "I said so!" 8. Fivem is treated as its the End all be all of RP or the monopoly of all RP and I hate that, unfortunately there really isn't anything that competes with it so for now all we can do is wait for 6 and see how that pans out or if 6m is any better than 5M... Edit: I forgot to add these in here because they are equally important! 9. Streamers only fivem servers, in order to join you need a really good pc and multiple clips of your rp so you can apply to join! 10. Pay to join servers, these are the servers that really grind my gears! I've noticed this in purple rp where when the free apps are gone you can put down money to get an expedited Application but there's no guarantee that your app will be greenlit even if you pay money for it!

However, the problem is that you dug this problem yourself. When you started to hate on other communities in your own videos. "This server IS BETTER THAN SOUTHLANDRP!" and then continued to copy and mimick the thumbnail and hate on another community when you could have built it up yourself without hating on a particular community that built their own good standing just cause they "fell off". If you didn't hate on SouthlandRP im sure half your problems wouldn't be here as that is pretty much what started it. You can care or don't care its whatever but your server isn't as realistic as it seems and you should be representing your community by not throwing shade on others from the beginning. Dude, you could of not said it better. My goal inside of my business is to make sure my clientele is 100% satisfied when using my product. I can't stand the amount of toxicity you could receive when you need support on a product. As much as I want to say that this is false, its so infureating true how FiveM is, When I played on WWRP as a cop for PD I remember pulling someone over and litterly they just said to me "u don't have a reason to pull me over meaning u can't take my license" so I just said ok and left the scene, later one of the member had a full on argument about how "a civilian would act on a traffic stop", me I couldn't care less, I want to play a game and my game of choice is FiveM. After Leaving WWRP and a year and half later I'm just getting back into five and I have applied for GVRP as a civ, I wont become a cop as I'm honestly done with the power trips and shit like that. As for the dev scene. I completely fucking agree, its toxic, I myself am a vehicle dev, but most vehicle devs and devs are really childish and EUP devs are just fucking todlers at this point. I remember when I released a photo of a Toronto Police CVPI I made after spending about 3 months on the lightbar for the car and at the time Project Halton who just came out, which was a community was ran by devs, I was told by friends who had friends in Project Halton that they where furious about me having a better and more accurate TPS car than they did which made me laugh and post more pictures of other TPS cars that I have made, I even made the 2020 FPIU which they had in the community, turns out vehicle and EUP devs running a community is pointless and Project Halton no longer exists, it shut down about 5 months or so after opening. but ya the fivem scene is completely toxic, I'm just here making vehicles for people to use but I'm definitely not continuing when/if fivem goes over to GTA 6. (Sorry for the rant but this needs to be said). but keep up with the videos, and enjoy the game with the people which make it fun for u.

Ok I get the premise of the FiveM statement you're making. How did you hover like that without the helicopter swaying back and forth??? I have early onset Parkinson's so it makes it difficult to use a controller, let alone use a Keyboard. I've tried a variety of methods ranging from disabling turbulence through vMenu to doing small circles over a set area in which I need to be over. Now to my "opinion" of my experiences with FiveM. While I've had some disagreements about the server and some of the views within the video. I can agree that the FiveM "Community" has went from something vibrant to a toxic cesspool of individuals who have failed in life and are trying to cause others grief and discomfort. I've been in a multitude of Communities and have left them one after the other as it's true colors came out. I won't bash them here as it's not my place nor do I want to glorify bashing or defaming another's work in an attempt to discredit them. Most of the Server's have a Militaristic Rank Structure, here I will say their names, such as DOJ, StateWideRP, Senora ValleyRP, etc. They have a slurry of steps you have to do in order to even get into the "Training" phase of the Recruitment Period. I've left majority of these Communities when the true colors of the Head Administrators (Owners), Administrative Staff (Dept Heads), and even the lower ranking individuals like Senior Staff and Staff start to show. I was in a patrol in one of the named Communities above and I witnessed a Department Head yelling at a Probationary member for wearing something that did not reflect on the Uniform Structure. This member was wearing a Winter Coat in the fall, which was fine, but he had on the Reflective Variant which was for Supervisors. He was getting his head ripped off for wearing it and the Structure did not even clarify that it was for "Supervisors". I have seen and heard a whole lot more than things like that during my time in these communities, I could probably write several books roughly the length of the Harry Potter series twice over.

Honestly, after spending so much time and dedication to making resources for FiveM for years, I appreciate this video so much. The community has always been so toxic - especially in the releases section. I’ve always made most of my work open source where it could be modified or customized easily and yet people still complain. Didn't know it was that bad with FiveM servers and the Community as a whole, of course I've heard some horror stories but not to the extent of bullying people for being new, that's low. But this is one of the best "Realistic" server's that I've watched. It's really cool that you create your own mods, making it exclusive to YOUR Server. I'd say don't worry too much about people coming at you for making your server how you see fit. I put the B in BLT, but I get why you are LOCKED down. In my experience from watching this type of content (Mostly) and joining a server, Whitelisted servers are where it's at. At the end of the day this is a video game and If someone doesn't like you they can find their own community instead of b*tching about yours. I'd add I just only started watching you a few weeks ago, but I respect the hell out of you for sharing your opinion and not shying away unlike some creators. You've got what looks to be a great server, If you were a little more lenient I'd try joining, but I'm still going to watch and support you! Keep up with the great content and don't worry about people trying to cancel you, F*** em!

I have only just discovered your community by watching another KZbinr. I visted your discord channel and came across the link to this video, in your announcement section. Out-Fucking-Standing!! No truer words have been spoken about the state of 5M servers and the trolls that frequent them. I've watched the development of the early 80's game consoles to what we have available today. Along side of those, I started my RP experience over 30 years ago with the D&D franchise. There is just something about interacting with another real person(s), to get an experience we can't get from the run of the mill console games. I've tried a ton of MP genres like GTA Online, COD, Halo and Arma. I mostly now lean towards the RP of Arma or 5M, because I don't care for the "run and gun" immaturity shit found in most game titles today. With a military background, I have found a few really great Arma communities that focused on realism that provide great RP. Most of those communities don't exist anymore because of the exact reasons you've mentioned here. The entitled-woke mentality has hijacked the efforts of many community owners who simply got tired of dealing with them. There are still a lot of us every day ppl out here who just want to enjoy life, play a game for some entertainment, and not have to cater to the liberal PC BS. I 100% agree with you when it comes to the belittling and berating of others. In my world, I know veterans and youth that game to escape the real world they live in, for whatever their reasons. There is a number of these players that are new to the RP world. They may also be new to how a community operates or how an in-game server runs. How they are treated by fellow community members, staff, or admins will have a lasting affect on them. It doesn't cost anything to share some human decency and understanding. You, Sir, have my utmost respect for mataining the integrity of your server and the expectations you demand of your community members. At the end of the day, there are countless other servers available that players can visit and join if they don't like what you have to offer. Today's society needs to hear "no", and face rejection every now and again. Thank you for keeping the good fight.

I feel like a massive amount of arma life servers came over to fivem. There’s very little fantastic stuff anymore in the fivem. Don’t get me wrong there’s great designers, developers and people. The Arma community is and has been much stronger than fivem ever has or ever will be at this point. I have 12 years in game design and game development and fivem has by far been the worst experience I’ve had across any other game community. There’s so much ported content and nonsense that it’s not even remotely funny to make mods for others anymore. I stumbled across your video and I have to say thanks for saying this to all the buttholes.

I only play econ servers now because in my experience vmenu and gang econ servers are the most toxic plus at the end of the day its a game if i get kicked for hitting a jump in a car that's dumb I'm tryna play the game how it was made to be played.
