I can't seem to get the mount (profoto) onto the Westcott Beauty dish snugly and pick up the whole softbox with the mount and not have the mount stay on - any tips? Every video I see people seem to pop it on easily - I see a screw and not sure if we are to set the mount under that and the clip snaps in??

I just picked up the rapid box switch (26 inch) with Bowens mount. Another video I've seen shows a thumbscrew in the back to prevent the mount from spinning? I don't have that on mine. Is that on the larger models only?

Hi. Can you explain the speed ring and wrist damage? Do all lights made for the Bowens fit have a speed ring? My wrists are already strained from the computer and I just ordered a softbox that has "speed ring" in the name. Luckily, it didn't arrive in the mail and I can exchange it. This is the name: FotodioX EZ-Pro Deep Parabolic Softbox (36", Bowens Speed Ring)

How do you fold up the grids?????

It is very floppy and folds into itself. Takes up very little room.
