This bus is a rebuilt MCI 102DL3. It's not new but it looks and feels new because it's been totally rebuilt. In Canada, it's only operated on cometetive routes, but in the US, they run on all routes except Seattle-based.

Edmonton is HUGE! Not in population but land mass one of the largest cities and metro areas on the continent

I'm listening to the sound of the new motors on these coaches and it sweet and quiet. The new technology is awesome. Listen at the hum. The old 4104's and the MCI 7 had a distinct whistle sound. That is all gone now. Very quiet motors

It's the new generation of buses with power ports & Wi Fi that Greyhound has brought into service, in both Canada & the U.S., on routes where it is trying to beat out a strong competitor: here in Alberta, Red Arrow (elsewhere, Megabus). On routes with little or no competition, it's the same old entertainment by scenery and by your seatmate. :)

Thanks! I worked for the Hound and did this route hundreds of times. That Highway #2 could be a real problem in the winter. This driver was pretty good. Unfortunately most of our drivers were border line #ss#holes:) It was a good job though.
