I applied with swift but i got declined im not to sure why if i have a good work history and a clean record. So im thinking of going with western express. I have a question, What did that test usually consist of? Was it difficult in any way? If i fail i really don't wanna be stranded lmao

The drug test is urine, they hire felons, Titan hires after 7 years and is a good company but they denied me. Swift denied me cause of my felonies.

I talked to a guy who was at the same terminal he said he didn't do backing maneuvers, he did orientation, road test, and then went OTR with trainer for 70 hours. How long were y'all out there doing maneuvers, like how many days and what was the time frame?

like an hour all they wanted to see if you could pull out of parking spot then park back in it. no pass or fail situation.

Smh western Express denied me after I completed my 2nd day of orientation. They told me to wait for a call saying I was hired, and they never called me, so I called to see what was going on, they told me it was something wrong with my physical so they had me do a physical with their doctor, did that and passed it... Then they said there was something wrong with my application, and I'm like so instead of you all allowing me to fix it you are just going to deny me smh...
