Western "Manga" Creators are too comfortable

I 100% agree. If mangaka's were comfortable four decades ago, like Akira Toriyama, we would've never gotten stories like Dragon Ball, Naruto or One Piece. Each of them innovate on what has previously been done through putting their passion and should into their creative works. In order to do that, you NEED to get uncomfortable!
