I've owned a Blue Tree Timeshare since 1997. It is a timeshare situation and I caution anyone deciding to use them. They only have 2 buildings that are "re-furbished" 1 & 10. All the other buildings have old carpet, appliances, and beds, and once you get into a timeshare, getting out is difficult if not impossible. The maintenance fees continually go up every year. Mine started around $200 and now are over $700. I expect them to be over $800 by the end of the year and nothing in the resort has changed in over 20 years. Beware of Bluetree & Westgate's timeshares.

Not sure about that. We didn’t make use of them while we were there, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do have a shuttle. That’s a pretty common service in Orlando.

I’m sorry to say that I’m not sure about that. We booked through a third party and were required to check in at the non-Westgate desk.

That’s a good question. I think it has more to do with who is renting out the rooms but they both shared the same property best we could tell. There’s probably more to it than that, but that seemed to be all we needed to know as guests at the time.
