I love corneal porridge my mother cooked it when I was a child, unfortunately I cannot cook Jamaican dishes. Left Jamaica as a child and never fussed around the kitchen I preferred playing outdoors. Lots of Caribbean restaurants here and the dishes are amazing!

Learning never stops. I thought I had to put cornmeal in the boiling water slowly. sometimes I figured out a way for it to not clump but other times I just sweetened it enough to not care.
