fyi Schindler bought out Westinghouse in the '90's. also, door close only works in fire service with the elevators I am familiar with. good vid.

@azworx Actually, in some, or most of their 3'rd party fixture installs, Door Close does work. Best example being the Mariot Marquis in NYC.

@azworx Schindler tractions are the best of their offerings. They're great, but I'd like the "Door Close" to work. :)

@azworx Most of the time, the timer is decent. Some take forever to close, in which the button working would be a great idea. :)

That CAN'T be a Schindler! The counter was accurate! It wasn't ahead by one like they are suposed to be. Yeah, I know the upgrade was. At least they didn't completely rip them out and replace them with something new (like they did in Leominster Hospital. Early '50's Otii, gone.)

OPM1961, Actually, this is a TXPress. NOT 500A. 500A is for installs, and this is a mod, so it would be a TXPress.
