Wow thank you for this . I’ve been using this line for a few years now and am truly addicted. The nectar highlight stick I’m still waiting for as it was sold out on the Sephora site . Glad you showed that colour . I have the original one called Lit and I do love it but not always wanting the iridescent effect . Not sure there’s anyone quite like you on UTube . So easy to watch and really appreciate the details 🙋🏼‍♀️ And as usual mr cutie behind you being adorable 🥰 and also love the quiet peace of your videos with no distracting silly music in the background 😳🤭😽🙋🏼‍♀️❤️

Hi Linzi! I’m so happy you’ve found my channel! Thank you for your lovely comment! In general, I wipe my brushes on a microfibre towel between uses and when switching shades. Then for my synthetics I wash them fairly frequently (every second or third use). For my natural fibre brushes, I wash them in lukewarm water with the Clinique Mild Facial soap bar every 4-6 weeks (the squirrel hair brushes get washed the least frequently because they’re so delicate) and let them air dry off the side of my counter! 🥰🥰🥰

Hi! If you check out my most recent videos, you can see what my natural colour is - kind of a warm brown that look auburn in the sun. I’m still not 100% sure of my undertones, but I’ve found that complexion products described as having a neutral peach undertone are my perfect matches 🤷‍♀️ 🥰 🥰

Thank you for the video. The final look is great. With respect to bronzer, i highly recommend the (powder) Gucci shade 2 (shade 1 has a warm undertone) - shade 2 has a rosy undertone and complements perfectly fair/cool skin tones - and it lasts all day. I have two questions regarding the WA: 1) how long does the highlighter remain tacky? 2) where did you buy your Westman atelier products? Thank you.

Thanks Jocelyne!! Wow, that is so interesting to hear about the Gucci bronzer! I have the shade 1 and enjoy it but wasn’t blown away by the shade like I have been with some others. I will have to check shade 2 out, thank you so much for letting me know about that ❤️ Re your questions: 1) by about the 30 minute mark, I find the highlight is pretty well sunk in and not tacky - I can still feel it when I touch where I’d put it but it just feels like well moisturized skin and isn’t sticky at all. 2) I ordered everything from Holt Renfrew. Hoping the brand will come to Sephora Canada soon though - would be nice to be able to get a discount during their sales!

I just got the shade 1 of the Gucci bronzer and I thought that it was supposed to be the cooler one, made for fair skin? If you see this, will you confirm that 2 is the cooler more rosy option for the Gucci bronzer?

@@janebarnette6548 Hi - I use shade 1 in winter and 2 in summer (I am fair-to-light with a cool-peach undertone). I just swatched both and they are in fact both cool. Shade 2 is darker and has more of a «burgundy/purple» undertone - so when I apply it, lightly, it blends better with the red in my cheeks (from heat, inadvertent sun exposure). If you are fair and cool, shade 1 is best. Hope this helps.

I think we have similar skin tones, and I use the N color but I also like 0 and 1--if you get a chance to try them in store (sigh), I would recommend playing with 0 and 1 to see if they suit you. I love WA--have you tried the lippies (squeaky clean) yet? I was surprised by how much I liked those (really feel great on the lips, great color ways), as well as how much I enjoy the Bichette color of their blush. I have to try the 2 colors you have of the blush!

Hi Jane! That’s a good suggestion, I’ve been wondering about 0 and 1 actually, I think once I run out of N I’m going to try a different shade or two! I love the formula and I use the foundation all the time! Ooh no I haven’t tried the Squeaky Clean balms yet but I have one in my shopping cart.. just waiting for payday this week as I spent my beauty budget for the month already on the Hermes blushes and the Sephora sale 😏 That’s great to hear about the lippies, I’ve only been hearing positive things about them so I’m very eager to try! Bichette looks lovely, I think you’ll love Dou Dou especially!! 🥰🥰🥰

Love the sound of the dog chewing on the bone! Doesn't faze you at all, LOL. I do like the WA blush colors and the contour stick. However I think the Kjaer Weiss creme foundation is superior. I have very good normal skin so I'm look for a light/medium natural coverage to even out skin tone only. Just learned a makeup tip about the Lit highlighter stick-put some on your palm or fingers, rub them together to disperse it, then put it on your face. That way it's more subtle. Need to play more with the Peau de Peche Super Loaded so I'm looking forward to your next video. Pleased to see your objective review that doesn't gush and hype products, but reflects your opinion based on usage. Oh, for inexpensive, high quality brushes check out Zoeva (out of Germany).

I would prefer if I didn’t have that bone chomping in the background for the sake of the people watching but it keeps him occupied, and I just tune it out 😂 I like the blush colours too, I think she’s done a very good job of making them quite neutral in tone, which should work for a variety of skin undertones. Ah interesting to hear about the KW foundation, I’ve never tried that one before. Great tip re. then highlight stick! Will have to try that. I have very dry skin only slightly darker than yours and I use #1 and #2. You may find a darker color gives you more coverage. I like the glowy finish and only use the merest touch of powder on my nose and under my eyes. I like this foundation for no makeup look days- definitely not for evening, dressy affairs but beautiful for daytime. Very nice video.
