Westport Marina Crabbing

Westport Marina is considered one of the best places to learn how to crab from a dock. The docks and piers are open to, and free of charge to the public. Near the entrance to Pier or Float #20, is the Jetty Fishing Tackle Store. There you can buy a one day, or three day or longer crabbing, or fishing license. They also stock just about everything else you might need to go crabbing or fishing, from the docks or jetties.
