Westside vs Andy Bolton

I met Andy briefly in a restaurant after 2009 WPC Worlds. Back home I read his articles and nterviews on how to improve my bench press. Little did I know that 2015 I'd be training with him in Leeds regularly. A true gentleman, he and his team helped me to break his own record (he had bench pressed 350.5kg, I broke it with 352.5kg), and he was happy for me when I did it. Nowadays, we help run the Andy Bolton annual charity comp and he gathers money for kidney research and spreads th word on intelligent, safe and hard training.

Louie only cared about making people stronger. Egos are always going to be at play but love to hear Andy have so much humility because Louie always spoke in a respectable manner about guys like him

Maybe, maybe not. Lou got some already strong guys even stronger. I think it was the atmosphere more than anything.

@heveyweightheveyweight5399 Nah, I meant like they managed to increase people's strength before what it was prior, not that they make guys stronger than Andy. IMO only westsider could stack up was Dave Hoff.
