Just stumbled on your channel -- it's GREAT! Glad to see someone not afraid to take his TrailHawk offroad and muddy, even if he gets some dings and scratches! No point in buying one to park in a showroom at the Mall!

That’s true. I love taking this thing out. It’s definitely not a rock crawler but it can go about 80% of the places they can go.

Looks like a fun time. Which trail are you on at 4:55?

It was 420A. Nice east trail with deep water at times.

Yeah it's a good day to go Wheeling I'm going to go off-roading today also because I figured it would be nice and muddy

I’m not really a mud guy. I know its part of it but I will avoid it if I can. I don’t mind water crossings though.

@@ASO-AL yeah I wasn't trying to get into the mud I just wanted to push my traction. I finally found a place where I slipped a little bit and I had to get a little bit of momentum. It was a huge step up with my back tires in sand mud. I hit the tire limitation. I don't have mud tires. Cooper AT3 4S and I found the limit lol. I dropped from 26 PSI to 22 the rest of the trail lol. I maxed my breakover on the stepup :28 °. So at 28° in 6 inches of mud, I finally lose some traction lol. It takes a LOT. I still made it with momentum. I had two friends taking video so hopefully we'll post some of that soon.

@@off-roadingexplained8417 I’ve not been in sand yet. Looking at doing the badge trail in Florida soon.

@@ASO-AL did you make it up that hill with crawl control that the Wrangler was trying to get out that was sliding all over the place?
@ASO-AL Жыл бұрын
@@off-roadingexplained8417 no. I just used my right foot and feathered the throttle. I’ve gotten so use to where the jeeps brake lock kicks in and what over powers it that I just do it by feel and sound. To much throttle and the system won’t allow it to use the break lock system to little and its not enough power to get the tires to properly spin. I think I have even only used the hill decent like 3 times in over 2 years.
