Loved watching this, I made felt, and then did similar attaching to my cut out sewing pattern pieces~ and created clothing, also I freestyled sewing over it, love it x

It sounds awesome. I am very interested in making felt clothing! I think I will try a vest first. But no sewing for me, I will have to make it all one piece. Maybe one day I will learn to sew :) I do however use my sewing machine to freestyle... I started doing this first but then gave up because my sewing machine wasn't very good quality for that. I will buy a new one one day and take it up again. Beautiful results with free motion embroidery.

Lamination techniques are so fun,! I've been playing making some samples with this this past week,I liked a cotton fabric I had in little clumps under the silk, texture everywhere! thanks for sharing this 😊

I never thought to call it lamination! It's so much fun to experiment with different materials to see how the fibre reacts. Woven cotton is beautiful. The video was inspired by a gorgeous chiffon and smooth thick polyester print fabric that I made a while back. It was so nice, but I lost it. The blue Organza turned out quite nice though. Thanks for watching!

Have you found the link for the naturally processed silk? I am sad that it's frequency has been diminished to -15 because of the chemicals used to process it

Not yet, but thank you for the reminder. I will have a look again! Would still love to find it.

is your silk's weight 50 g/m?
@muffsmerino7 ай бұрын
Do you mean does the silk weigh 50g per meter? Hmm I don’t recall weighing it. It’s very lightweight. I can weigh a piece and will try my best to remember to add it into the video description!

Will you ever consider doing a live chatt?
@muffsmerino Жыл бұрын
I will definitely consider it in the future. I would like to, especially if there were other people interested and the time change made sense. I might need two devices hmmm. One to record, one to chat, Just thinking out loud here haha! I really appreciate the thought, thank you. Something to think about.
