@@ZZ-qy5mvI agree that the dresses are referencing purity culture and expectations of women. Hadn't thought about the claws relating to masturbation but it definitely fits with the song! The picnic scene at the climax of the video really gets to the heart of it for me... Combined with the sexual nature of the song, my interpretation is that the lobster girls are in the company of some guy friends who are lusting after/preying on other women, oblivious to how it affects their female friends. The "I'm a f*ng lobster!/it's enough to make a girl blush" is the breaking point where the lobster women can't take any more of watching their guy friends casually mistreat other women.

I love the 80's era for music as we had variety of music back then. I listened to this twice and it sounds really good and reminds me of the 80's stuff.

i get hints of influences from the 60s til now. i think without modern production it could pass for being from the 90s.

I’m in Los Angeles, 58 years old and never heard of Wet Leg until yesterday when I read some article where David Grohl mentions how he likes them. The funny thing is that I’m not even a fan of Grohl’s. I was just passing time reading random news articles. Wet Leg is fantastic. They remind me of a mix of some great bands from Suburban Lawns to Sonic Youth to Skating Polly. Such a cool band with a great vibe. This is the great thing about music… there always something new and cool to listen to if you just look a little. Wet Leg Rocks!!! ✌🏽❤️🎸🍄
