They're from Canada - Squamish, British Columbia to be exact. It's a town between the city of Vancouver and the tourist ski town of Whistler. It has some of the highest amounts of rainfall in Canada, which I'm guessing might have something to do with the bands name. Most people know of it because of rock climbing or mountain biking, but others in the underground know of it because of the powerviolence, grind etc bands (eg. Obacha -pv, Hoopsnake -doom/stoner) and now-defunct outdoor Fastcore Fest that the naturesque "Sea to Sky" town has spawned. The guitarist/vocalist has played in numerous bands from there including Powertrip (drums/vocals), Hacked Apart (drums), and Shooting Spree (bass).
