@@leored4621 I don't know if discussing it helps, or works. For him. Brendan has talked about it through out the years. There was one point where he did lost a ton of weight, I don't know why he was motivated then, and not now, but rooting for him. I've had some struggles too, I don't like exercising and eating healthy, but it is important to increase the odds of being here and living a longer life.
