it's their ship name, WangJi x WuXian = wangxian Lan Zhan naming that song "wangxian" is basically like a love confession. That's probably why he doesn't tell Wei Ying the title again cuz it's so damn obvious that it means he loves Wei Ying. But at the very end, when they separate, Wei Ying says "you better tell me the title of the song when we see each other again" and then Lan Zhan actually returns to Wei Ying... so we can only imagine how adorable what happens then will be~

In the novel, at the end in the extras, Wei Wuxian is trying suggest names of the song, while Lan Wangji already had a name and revealed it to him by saying it was WangXian. It gave Wei Wuxian quite a laugh, knowing it was a combination of their names.
