I remember upon it’s first hearing, it struck me as a word that one hundred men out of one hundred men would never use. But then, Alex is also a girl’s name. I saw caribou a few times. I played this on my sonos Arc sound bar with satellite speakers and subwoofer and nearly lost my shit. The sonic spatial imaging was precise and crisp and the feeling of being in a bubble of sound was overwhelming. Stunned and amazed are not adequate words to describe the aftermath of the experience.

Oh come on, give it a rest. Obvious Weval influences range from Caribou over Radiohead to obviously Aphex Twin and other electronica and electro pop. They are a young band of extremely talented musicians and honestly have long surpassed Caribou in what they are doing.
