Great job for these people to develop it. I know it costs but the real game changer is when you can walk into Walmart and buy under $100. In the USA 80% of blind don't have jobs thus not alot of money. Keep up the good work, I know someday soon any blind person will have these.

Not bad product, a little different from the one I'm currently developing but still you're playing an extortionate amount for it. On their indiegogo campaign their Retail price will be $499 which comes out to £372 for those UK folks. Their circuit board, motors and ultrasonic sensor in total would cost less than £100 ($138) to make top it off with battery and enclosure design I would suspect it would cost roughly $150 to produce and then they sell it with a $350 markup is ridiculous. My own product I'm developing roughly £250 to make it and I'm only gonna be charging £400 to sell it. Yes it may be a great product for the blind community but don't make it un-affordable for them. Would be better off with the price tag at £200 ($268) mark.
