I’m 36 and always wished I could have experienced those 80s slashers as they came out in real time and with Art I feel like I’m getting to witness the birth of a true horror icon and I’m so thankful for it!

I wasn't the biggest fan of the first Terrifier, but I had a blast watching this one from beginning to end. I was really impressed with the gore and practical effects. You can tell they really put a lot of care into it. Lots of creative brutal kills and darkly comedic moments. It was a great time!

I saw this last night and it was a BLAST!! I actually got to meet someone who had a small part in the film. The stuff with the sword was a little out there, but I thought it was basically a masterpiece. Oh my God dude, Golden Corral 😂 I haven’t been since I was a kid 😅

When the song The Equalizer by The Midnight played during her costume-making montage, I was so happily surprised. They’re not a band a lot of people know about but they’re one of my favorites. Such a good song choice and I’m glad a lesser known franchise chose music from lesser known artists.

Massive Terrifier fan! Terrifier 2 has cemented itself as my new favorite horror film of all time which hasn’t EVER changed since the OG A Nightmare on Elm Street. My three words to describe this movie would be Visceral, Uncompromising & Nightmarish. Best horror movie that I’ve seen in theaters! 🤘

seriously 1 fun theater experience. High dollar horror movies better take notice, Damien Leone made this awesome flick for thousands,not millions. to quote Jeff Bridges from "Iron Man", "Damien Leone built this in a cave...with a bunch of scraps!!!". almost every character in "Terrifier 2" brought their A-game(genuinely fear for their safety). those Practical effects were disturbingly realistic in the best way. 0 negatives for me, 9/10 loved it!

🎃 Terrifer series has become my new Halloween season go to. Art The Clown is scarily sadistic and a joy to watch. Sierra was a flipping fantastic and bad ass final girl. She’s definitely one of my new favorite final girls. I hope she’s in future terrifer films. The actress has a great future ahead of her. Terrifier 2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think horror of the year goes to Smile. Terrifier 2 is like a shock slasher and I'm pretty sure I laughed more times than I was scared. Either way it was a pretty awesome and the special effects were amazing. Definitely a sweet and sick movie. As far as straight horror movies go I gotta give it to Smile tho.

The kills really were next level shit. For the first time in my life I was nervous when a kill scene was being set up because I knew I was about to see a lot of pain. That’s how a slasher is supposed to make you feel. Now it feels like every other slasher movie I watch is holding back. It makes me think about the kills in other slasher franchises and how they’d be like if they were “Terrifier’d”.

I agree with you Lauren LeVera is absolutely gorgeous. To me her and Andi Matichak are the prettiest women in present day horror films. Art The Clown is quickly climbing the ladder of my fav villain.

First one to me is a 3.5/5. Second one is a 4/5. I think the sequel is more accessible to casual horror fans. You’re able to have characters you root for, moments of dark humor that give out a chuckle. I’d compare Lauren’s performance favorably to Monica Keena in “Freddy vs Jason” because in the third act she has many “WELCOME TO MY WORLD BITCH” moments 😂. Only real negative (not a negative necessarily but nit pick) is maybe should’ve trimmed off 10ish minutes. But then again when you reach your budget goal by 400+% I understand why you wanna go balls to the wall! Amazing makeup effects. For $250K it looked like it was done for $10-15 Million. I was curious about her costume cuz that seemed either super comfortable or a situation where she’s like “I CAN’T BREATHE IN THIS THING” 😂 (usually it’s one way or the other).

I smiled when the... (thing?)(no spoilers) happened with the sword. lol It really brought it full circle for me as a cheesy 80's B slasher. Legit felt like I was watching like the old Arnold Conan the Barbarian but with way more exploding body parts. This is an own on DVD or Blu Ray for me for sure.

As I'm watching this vid I hear a knock, I answer the door, "Trick or treat!!". I gaze over the young folk and my eyes stop on a little girl (not as creepy as it sounds). She is dressed as Lil clown Girl! I take special care to give her treats last. while the rest are turning away I give her about three times as much as I gave the rest, lol. I said "awesome costume!" and she just tilts her head with this super wide toothy smile, waves erratically, and begins to skip away as her mom tells me she loves Terrifier. There's no question that kid's gonna grow up with issues and the mom is questionable as a moral compass, but hot damn, it was perfect.

I saw this in the theater with my wife and her friend. I was laughing so hard at some of the kills, my wife had to tell me to shut up because I was drawing attention to us while they were puffing on a THC vape pen. Does that mean I'm sick? Either way, this was one of the best horror films ever made in the current era of horror, if not ever. Art the Clown is just as sadistic and funny as Freddy Kruger (my favorite horror antagonist), but silent.

I thought it was good but not great. It was far too long for no reason and the sidekick child girl was there with no explanation at all. The problem I see going forward will be trying keep topping the last movies gore and violent kills which will either just get old or it won't work after a certain point and then the movies will be nothing but a cliche. It's a mistake that can easily be made. But maybe they won't end up doing that. Idk.

This movie is probably in my Horror favorite of this year along side with Incantation & Fresh. Pearl being in honorable mention and biggest disappointment which was Barbarian👎 (i know many liked it, it's just not for me) My horror list of the year has not completed yet though. So looking forward to Smile, The Menu and Prey for the Devil.

Just watched the first terrifier for the first time recently and really enjoyed it. Art is definitely interesting and the location of the abandoned apartment building was perfect for the low budget gnarlyness of it. Very excited for this new one now

This is the only horror movie I am looking forward to see this october. I didnt want to see another hellraiser reboot with "not pinhead" I didnt care to see the final movie in the retconned Halloween trilogy. Nope I was waiting for Terrifier 2 and it sounds like it might have been worth the wait.
