Pretty sure Naruto could become a full demon if kyuubi wanted to do so I think she hasn't done so yet as a way of humbling him to any power he gains and if I remember correctly Naruto's transformations where always real when he was human so a demonic version of it would probably allow him to change genders as well

Story would have been better if certain words weren't mispronounced such as calling the women he and men she it got confusing and I often had to ignore the gender tags in order to not go crazy
