Tendo be calm and try to accept and live positively, but where you get ARVs the distance is too far, it's better you go and register your self and the baby at the nearby Hiv facility like Baylor college of medicine and children's foundation Uganda at old mulago hospital, they offer hiv services to babies and their mothers, at least it's some how near than going to Buikwe district
