**Please note my mistake on the Profoto B10 power - I say 400 Ws but they are 250 Ws. Silly me - we love them because they are highly portable and c. 4/5 x as powerful as an average speed light. We use them in flash but also continuous light mode because they are dimmable and temperature controlled.

This is one of my favorite videos I’ve seen on KZbin…ever. Kate is so easy to listen to and I was never dis-engaged. I love the level of details and explanations, and there was no rambling or irrelevant information. I’m learning so much about food photography by watching this repeatedly. THANK YOU! 🙏🏽

A 50/50 mix of corn syrup and water is better. As the water evaporates, the cornsyrup hardens into crystal clear beads that look like condensation.
