Hey there! I would say 90% are tandem and the rest are single spots. Students often swap spare keys so nobody is bothered when backing out. The garages are in the basement levels of each building. There are quarterly and annual permits. These covered parking spots are in addition to some street parking, especially on Veteran Ave. Hope this helps!

Yep. I got a studio already. But my father is helping me move so he complains about having too many boxes.

Hi there! Thanks for the video! I was assigned to a 2 bedroom apartment, and I m moving in this Fall! I know it’s been a couple of years, but I hope u still remember the place. It’s 1400 a month now, and if my budget is 2200, do u think living here is still a good option? I don’t plan on getting a car, btw. Also, how did u like sharing an apartment with a roommate? (Kitchen, noise, friends coming over, etc.). I will really appreciate ur help, thanks :)

It is still a great option. The same privacy and space in surrounding areas will likely cost more. Hope to see you in the fall!
