Her songs, musically, are getting ridiculously complicated really fast. I really admire the amount of knowledge and attention to detail poured in this track. Instrumentation is crazy. Crazy. Production. I've listened to it many times since last week and I'm still trying to map the song in my head. It's so dreamy, like if a plane of existence passed through you (kinda like shrooms tbh). I want to get this good in music, even if no one listens to it. I wanna have this palette of expression in my own head; no, I need it. I live for the day I'll express myself through this kind of mastery in music. Thank you, thank you, thank you. "Bad Magic" empties the septic tank of my chronic depression every time I listen to it. I aspire to deliver that healing in a five minutes treasure. I will.

@@alexandria.coh wooow. That's incredible, I got a job recently and the first think I was thinking about today was buying an electric piano. I've been also listening to a very noob signalwave album I made with Audacity lmfao. I'm really proud of it, I made it earlier this year. I'm really looking forward to take this divine message and run into the fire of beauty to plant this seed once and for all. Thank you for thinking about me! It really lights up my soul. Hope you're engaging with immediate material reality with lots of magic.

Man honestly something about the conjunction of this song and your comment about expressing something untouchably precious struck me in a very particular way and I need to sit down and seriously process what it inspired and MAKE ART. Emotional cowboy, With no hat and no boots. You stayed up all night, Trying to beat up the moon. Frank Sinatra story-telling, Carpenter-like sound (though this album is venturing into another sound altogether), and Weyes Blood spiritualism, combined to give us this album. Film synopsis: A solitary woman drives roads out west in the dead of night, searching for her love. She drives a 1970 Skylark, and also a 1968 Firebird. One night she falls asleep while searching, and has a head-on collision with herself, wrecking the Skylark. The Firebird is untouched. In that smoky wreck, she loses herself but also uncovers her love, and it is she, who also is a monster. ~FIN~
