I’m sooooo happy if Texas had a democrat as a governor than Texas wouldn’t be Texas! I remember in my senior year of high school, my AP US Gov teacher showed us Ted Cruise reading green eggs and ham, which was our classes introduction to what a filibuster is. I've never laughed so hard before, and so did my classmates, but It did leave an impression on me of how dedicated Cruise is to his own beliefs. Kept an eye on him ever sense. Loved the debate. It was very insightful, and I am curious if another high schooler will have their interest peeked into politics, such as I had years ago. No matter your political, don't forget to vote :)
