The funny thing is that he doesn't even realize that he brought all of this on himself. Instead of coming on and admitting that he fell asleep and being honest about it. He denied it. Went on a 5 minute rant about how tough of a day he had. Bringing his son's medical condition into it. He doesn't understand that because of how much of a pompous ass he is. That's the reason why he gets trolled so much. If he just came out and admitted his mistake and had a little fun with it. It would have died down in about a week. He deserves every thing he gets from callers.

Mike Francesa does a five and a half hour radio show for five days a week. That's over twenty seven hours of fucking sports. He should have some appreciation for the fact that he is an anomaly in his profession. He has a large devoted audience that will listen to him talk about anything. He needs to mix it up a bit and take some prank calls, talk about movies, a little politics, whatever the audience has on its mind. People will listen.

I agree with a lot of the previous posts. If he had a personality and laughed it off people would get a kick out of it. I think the public wants to see that all on-air personalities are human. What's more human than dozing off? Mike had a chance to turn a small negative into a bigger positive. Instead he made it worse because he can be a hothead with a big ego.
