I actually have done a reset. In fact, I started with a personal trainer this morning because I need to improve my fitness goals.

@@tncummings8577 love it. I might look into a personal trainer myself. I toured a gym a while back and it was so EXPENSIVE ! $150+ per month. Crazy how expensive gyms are now. I really want to try Pilates or Orange theory but they’re around the same price range 😩

@@UlyssiaGayle Orange Theory is expensive. I just joined Crunch Fitness. They had deals for a new location. They have extensive equipment and group classes for $20 monthly.

My sister and I were just talking about reading more books. She has a goal of reading 100 books by December.

100 books is huge goal I’d like to reach someday. I think that’s about 1 or 2 books a week. Maybe when the girls are older and less needy lol
