Question: If you repeat the same move to often (what is not allowed), like they did, wouldn't you normally call the referee? Or is it legal to continue playing, if both players don't mind. As we see here. I ask because I have seen that quite often.

@@betaubtesfaultier3607 not moves! Same position should be repeated five times. " If an arbiter detects a fivefold repetition, they are required to intervene and declare the game a draw. If an arbiter does not detect a fivefold repetition or fails to intervene, a player may still make a claim for fivefold repetition." (c) Wikipedia The referee didn't intervene, the player didn't demand a draw - nothing happened.
