Join our attorneys as they present an introduction to reinsurance. They will discuss some basic forms of reinsurance and their utilization in the insurance and reinsurance marketplace. This primer will also explain reinsurance provisions found in most reinsurance agreements. They will also highlight reinsurance concepts including "utmost good faith" and "follow the fortunes." The goal of the webcast is to provide a basic understanding to the world of reinsurance.
