Park forest, Matteson , Richton park used to be great Neighborhoods, until Daley cleaned up Chicago, and the bad elements came, first Lincoln Mall went down, everyone started selling homes in Matteson , Richton Park, Park Forest, that there outside mall closed to bad elements, now Rich East closes, Rich South changes name.

Park Forest is not a place for a restaurant. Every business that has opened in that downtown area has failed. There was a print shop, barber shop, and the movie theatre and they have all closed. The rents may be cheaper, but there is no traffic. Look at Lincoln Mall vs Orland Square. Sad to say that is never good when certain blacks in charge. This is a prime example. I would leave and never look back. Park Forest was a nice and quiet place to have a family, but then they started section 8 and then all the mess from the city started. Avoid Park Forest, Chicago Heights, Country Club Hills, Markham, Harvey, South Holland, Matteson, Richton Park and Hazlecrest. Maybe Homewood, Flossmor, Oak Forest, or Tinley
