@JackEisen-o2y How do you know he was the only person to harm a black person in the courtroom? As for his claims of racism, that is what he will use as a means to appeal and request a retrial. He is trying to use anything build his case for an appeal as he should because that is his right under the law. Most convicted felons (of all shades) use whatever they can; racism, biases, incompetence, unlawful procedures, etc. as a means to throw out their convictions. He is not the first and will not be the last. And most Americans these days, have a sense of victimhood, entitlement and narcissism- of all shades . Some are just able to automatically use their skin color, status, or influence as a benefit to themselves without any effort while others have to fight for theirs. 🤷
