You know how PC/console RPG's usually have a tutorial you go through at the beginning? What if you incorporated a turorial/on-ramp portion to each game? Just d20 plus trait and only TR10 or 12. Then once everybody has the hang of that, you can start adding die ranks. Just a thought but it makes sense from my limited perspective.

You gotta pound through playtesting and playtesting, sculpting & refining... grassrooty... and just keep going.

@StorytellingRon it's hard tbh but at least it's started now. It's mostly refined to work and run.
