All the youtuber whales I've seen are all scared of the weapon banner but not the chinese whales they're a totally a different breed, most youtuber whales would logically stop after refining after getting 5 copies of the same weapon and but I've seen a chinese whale collecting 20 staff of Homas so xianling, zhongli, hu tao and xiao all four of them can have max refined Homas for each other even though it's so unnecessary, considering getting weapon banner is hard because of the bias amount gravestones it gives.
