That was a beautiful opening Raven and all of you are certainly not alone. People around the world are feeling the same thing and can take solice in that. I absolutely love the concept of an a**hole soap, because sometimes you just need to give the world that subtle finger. Just remember that it's OK not to have the energy for the big picture every day, or even most days. Just a little kindness goes a long way to bettering the world. A smile, a kind word, or just a nod is still something positive 💞

Grew up in IL and stupidly moved to TX without thinking because I had been spoiled with 💙 my whole life. I then decided that my voice could be part of what finally flipped TX, but after this last time I just feel so defeated and done. I've now come to the conclusion that it will be better to start a new plan to get my family safely back to a blue state before that's not an option anymore, and I already feel terrible for the people I'll have to leave behind.

I'm sick at the election results. I'm severely depressed over it and made an appointment with a therapist because I just can't wrap my head around how half of this country could possibly vote for a convicted felon/rapist. The damage he is planning to do is going to make for many years of absolute trauma that will extend long after he is dead and gone. Please stay safe. We will do our best to get through this together. There’s another, non Wham version of Last Christmas? I’m old (52) and English, and grew up with Wham being huge. Even back then I was a baby lesbian, and I wasn’t particularly a fan - pretty boys weren’t exactly my thing 😆 but I don’t mind Last Christmas in spite of being an Xmas disliker…
