I really liked the apartment and also your work is really enjoyable, but sometimes I kind of felt that there were spaces you didn’t know or you were like lost, so that could come out as less professional or harder to take serious

Nicely decorated and looks decent quality. SW London is always going to be expensive but when you compare it to the £2m flat you reviewed a few weeks ago, it's good value. Still seems a tad expensive for 2.5 bed.

Agree with all your comments. It is flamin' expensive for a 2.5 bed. Kingston-upon-Thames comes under Surrey, it is NOT London - and not a great area.

Spacious apartment. Nice living and kitchen. Very wide kitchen counter. Colour scheme is really good. Do not understand that exhaust fan at all. Microwave cupboard is cool. Bathroom sinks are cute and the tiny plant pots are so pretty. That shower is not high enough for Matt. Why are the washer and dryer separate? That large pot on the glass table is cool. A concrete pillar inside the bedroom.. umm... ew God bless the storage space in this apartment.

Ifcukin8 Mufc You could buy a castle and a couple of hundred acres in Scotland, but you would be living in Scotland. There is a reason other locations are cheaper- they are not London! Londoner here, I could sell tomorrow and buy a six bedroom former vicarage in Lincolnshire and have cash left over- but why would I want to do that?

I work here and enjoy the London buzz but I wouldn't sell up and go back to live up North in a massive mansion which I could do tmr and have no mortgage. Whilst the quality of life is good and more relaxed outside London, I find the mentality and pace of life far too slow.
