You're doing great guys. Straightforward tips to even make it better: 1. More detail on features. EX. dimensions of the pool, materials throughout the home, year built, brands of the appliances. Also, what you like best about the home. Like point out the cool light fixture in the dining/game room.you suggested. You looked at it for a while and I was hoping you'd explain it a little. (That's just me personally. I enjoy the craftsmanship and it would just add to the glory and hardwork put in by the architects, designers, etc. 2. Imagery. I love your Imagery with the firepit outside. "Hang out with your friends" maybe add in what we would do, like eating a steak, drinking wine, smoking cigars, smores*(no cap) lol I know there wasn't any staging in this house but maybe telling us how you would style the home or how nice it would be to host a party with friends and family with such a grand living space and kitchen, plus the rooftop terrace. You making us see things that aren't there will definitely build the idea of us being in the home in our subconscious. 3. Idk how much time for prep you have with each showing, but a little can go a long way. Your paradise valley vid was really cool. There was alot more to talk about so it makes it easier. And you covered some of the pointers in tip #1. All in all, you're going to blow up and meet a bunch of goals. The more views you get, the more diverse the intellect of your clientele will be. There's some of us who can get by with just minimal detail on the home but our wives/detail oriented partners might be left wanting. Can make or break a potential deal. But you know that I'm sure. Cant wait for more videos. You definitely have a new subscriber. Potential buyer!
