Still feel the past experience is better despite more choices and improvements. But we have lot of rides in the past..like theme park feel. I hope we can learn from.oversea nightmarket and we can brainstorm or more creatives way to make our pasar malam very interesting n fun experience instead of the feeling same old same old kind.

Scale last time bigger... food now too arty farty which makes you spend more. Last time was better, why? It's like your daiso, every necessity you can find. Now... nah. Now I think we don't need necessity anymore, they should just turn it into a small biz entrepreneurial opportunity and make the place cleaner. Sure can get even more sales and eyeballs. Pasar Malam used to be a dirt cheap place, but now... I think if you are not gonna follow the concept just name it something else la. In the olden days, we went to Pasar Malam to buy FAKE goods cuz AUTHENTIC and branded were out of reach. The poor go to Pasar Malam to indulge. Today, even your average earning can't afford to spend $100 at Pasar Malam. Who the f spends $100 among 2 people at Pasar Malam sia. That's $50 in a day leh! Our poor peeps budget is less than $10 a day, hello?
