For yall who are wondering how he upgraded bo without power points: Basically before the update happened when you got pp you chose a brawler to give them to. When you had enough pp to upgrade the brawler, you would go to your brawlers and hit upgrade, but if you forgot to upgrade the brawler before the update ended, it would show what it did. My bull is like that as well. He is power 6 and I refuse to upgrade him because of this reason.
