As someone that works around that stadium I can tell you that it’s horrible traffic during the games , or worst during a music concert ( BTS ) it actually took me 1 hour just to get out of my jobs parking lot too get on century blvd . The problem was that to many share riders ( Uber and Lyft ) picking up their riders at my companies parking lot . Oh by the way the owner of the target property is heavily towing cars ……so if you park at the target parking lot for a game or concert you’re going to get towed . The businesses around the stadium actually are losing money because the locals stay away because of the horrible traffic.

Give it a couple decades and it will go back into disrepair. They love building fancy stadiums in Inglewood, but they never upgrade them. The reason they made it the worlds largest stadium by height is because they won't be spending another dime on expansion and so the stadium you see now will be the stadium the Rams play in until a major earthquake, or they move somewhere else.
@818fly22 жыл бұрын
@@AG-yc7vt no it won’t. There’s a lot of houses in LA that are more than 40 years old that survived earthquakes that’s not even modern day houses that’s why a lot of them are just now getting bought and tore down to build luxury apartments. Our last major earthquake was over 20 years ago they said we was supposed to have the big one a decade ago and it still hasn’t happened. What a great host👏🏽. Even interviewing the chefs. Also that segment of gentrification
@AG-yc7vt2 жыл бұрын
The segment about gentrification was a sure fire way to make sure GQ doesn't get invited back to any event run by Rams management. They lost any special privilege's and deals they have with the management of SOFI stadium and the Rams for 6-12 months. They'll be treated the same as the rest of the press pool now. So you better appreciate it.

The seats you are in in the opening of this are less than $1000 during regular season. Once inside, its very underwhelming. Especially when you have to go through a maze just to get to your seats. And then you add in the fact that when you go to the concession stands youll be lucky if you can find a tv with the game visible since youre behind concrete walls (unless youre on the upper level). Its really not that great and the fact that yall only covered the food for VIP/suites.
@steve198112 жыл бұрын
Building designers are post modern fools these days who don't think about actual symmetry and objective beauty in their designs, nor do they attempt to make buildings for humans being with eyes and taste. Imagine a walking experience to your seat that was actually pleasant, streamlined, and enjoyable to walk through. Designers of Rome and early Britain were way more enlightened. The masses will never see beyond glitz and show because they can't recognize beauty if you paid them.

We had a patio suite with 16 seats and the whole bar area in the suite with a few more seats on the 45 yd line apparently above Kroenke’s suite or so we were told. That cost us $600k for the season which also included all Chargers games and of course every Rams game, not included were concert tickets which we had to buy to see Kaskade and The Rolling Stones. Also not included were alcohol and food which was an additional $6,000-$8,000 every single event. We didn’t spend $1,000,000 I don’t think but easily $750k for the season. We had a 10 yr lease but got out of it after 1 season, waaaaaayyyyyyyy too much money.
