$20mm in NYC buys you a new-construction condo with 4 bedrooms and views in one of these high rises you see from the windows here. But I get how this pre-war building apartment can compete on price with that - it's double the amount of square footage and it has incredible views out of almost all windows that would rival most of billionaire row. That green carpet of CP is a beauty to behold and I would prefer to look at skyscraper views than from them.
