I have done all quests except the direwolf in the forest of purgation and the final dungeon. I have about 80 hours in the game. Never played the demo. The divine skill for the "merchant" should be "Swift's Damage" and it does tremendous non-elemental damage twice proportional to your HP (kinda like Alfyn/Apothecary's Last Stand but way more powerful) and the character should say "THATS ALOTTA DAMAGE"

Man this makes me want to go back and play my original save file... It's at level 92 and 91 for most others. I love this damn game... I'm doing a third playthrough of it now. Amazing how fast it goes when you really know what to do. Hopefully Bravely Default is a good successor. Hopefully the break system works the same.

Crainley I used this line up and my primary was in their 60s and secondary 62, 63, 65, 67 the lineup works you just have to be on your toes and have your cleric have reflective veil up on at least 3 characters while healing all the same, patience is a God tier support skill which is a must have on all characters

Make sure to build H'annit but use her on your second team. Make your first team designed to spoonfeed Cyrus so he can spam Lux Congere. The second team make them designed to spoonfeed H'annit and have her use Winheilds battle cry. The first one should oneshot all his minions if you use a full dmg build (Fortitude/BP Eater/Surpassing Power/Physical Prowress) and 2 more Winheilds should kill the boss. No... the prologue demo is the 3 hour one for each character, you can only use one of the files to continue from in the full game (if you try more than one character), but even then, all eight would be about 24 hours, 125 hours is five times that. Which is why it's a bit mind blowing to put that much time into it.

this is all done using the passive that makes your character do more damage the lower their HP is, it's not practical, but can make for impressive looking videos if you edit them all in the way you did, but realistically it doesnt take even 50 hours of gameplay to do this...
