This is the first video I've seen of your channel, I actually really liked this. I've seen apartment tours before but what really kept me watching was the view and the beautiful shots of the city made by drone. They're very good quality and shot at the right moment, sunset and early evening, it really brings out the beauty of the city. I also enjoyed that this included 2 different price-tag apartments, I actually liked the first one a lot more because it is so much more regular. Seeing extravagant houses or apartments is one thing, but sometimes it tires you out, the first place actually made me say: I can actually imagine people living there, it doesn't have 3 bathrooms and two kitchens. It really shows that there are places that are semi-normal and not too much over the top. I really liked that. Curious about the rest, subbed to see what else might pop up in the future! Good job!

I just did a bucket list trip to Manhattan, and was able to recognize a significant amount of real estate. Mostly because it is so iconic. That Penthouse is next level bling.... that's the one to go for, honestly, if for nothing else, but that magnificent view of the entire city, the horizon, the open sky! For a geek like myself, who likes amateur photography and spending hours blissfully staring into the abyss that is the night sky while listening to smooth tunes, that Penthouse balcony would be most of the time where I spent my hours, whenever home and something to look forward to, whenever I was not! In all your videos, I keep looking for that extra wow factor and almost always, it is found within the segment showing the open spaces and for this video, that Penthouse balcony is the winner! *P.S. I've got a house built in 1849 my family has owned since 1937 that overlooks a field of dirt but its paid for and is my alamo. You asked how I am doing in life...spine surgery was 7 weeks ago, had a root canal and new crown installed, new glasses are on the way and have new hearing aids, went to the pain clinic and didn't need anything but nice to know they are there. I received my final divorce papers a year ago last January, I know I will love someone again and am searching. I try not to feel sorry for myself and keep my chin up.
