Kyle is SET in his ways; this is my main pet peeve with him. This will always cause him to not improve as a head coach and a leader. His lack of faith in young players is terrible. You don't give them any run and then when they are called upon, they're not ready. He refuses to change, and this has hurt the team over the last 7 plus years.

Keep Ronnie Bell away from football. He's worse than Dante Pettis and he can try an get his hands on an elite DB because this secondary booty. They're overrated over hyped an that Superbowl loss was on them more than anyone else. If they beat New England by anything less than 7 points something has to happen involving Kyle or a coach this roster has the best talent top to bottom in football the secondary and special teams they are awful. Most playoff wins in NFL history so atleast we know they won't be bad too long.

Ive always liked Kyle because he's been better than many of the previous coaches. Harbaugh was cool with the team but him and the administration hated each other for some reason...so we never got to fully see how far Jim could have brought the franchise. He did bring it to an SB. Although I have respected Kyle...he NEVER seems to put anything on himself. He literally is blundering and not making the correct roster choices. He's only half good at drafting because he really doesnt pay attention to all aspects of the draft...he doesn't care about Oline or special teams as much as getting a ton of rbs and wind receivers whom all seem to end up hurt too quickly. Kyle needs to understand that his coaching needs to get alot better in the later half of the game.. especially. The Rams coach made Kyle look like a rookie coach for real. Brock Purdy was the real leader and Juan was his VP. Obviously Kyle's gotten the team far but like I said he needs to look hard at himself because he does blunder big time during the biggest most important moments .. and also he needs more help with drafting. Let Kyle draft running backs and wide receivers...let someone else draft the Oline and defensive players.

Kyle will bow to pressure (a little...) and play Cowing. Cowing will drop one, or maybe just won't snag an off target pass. This will allow Kyle to say, "SEE! NOT READY!", and bench him for a year or two before we cut him in favor of the next guy we wasted a pick on and who Kyle will never play. Honestly, once we get ride of Kyle, we are going to need a complete organizational rebuild. How we handle the draft and the picks is absurd.

But when you have a talented team, a track record for questionable game decisions - often at key moments, and you continue to do the same thing… then you get criticized.
