I looked on the website and these are condos not rentals. A two bedroom is 2.5 million. Are you subletting?A rental like that goes for 12-15k a month.

The property taxes and high maintenance fees in New York City make it a tough decision whether you should buy or rent there. It can add upt to more than a rental every month.
