4000 is way to big in my opinion. I think in terms of cleaning 😰 and heating and cooling 💸 Plus the fam will feel too much at home and will never want to leave. Lol

No. 1. I like this the best. That’s a lot of house for the money and the lay out is great. Where I live it would probably be on the market for way over that price. It would be nice to know how you would decorate as it looks like it would need a lot of furniture. ❤️🇬🇧

Hey Hill top This one was priced because of the locations...walking distance to the downtown square area. Your right it would need quite a bit of furnishings to make it feel like home. The third one was the one I liked the best. But really I’d keep looking. In answer to your question 4,000 feet is a little large but 3,500 🤔 that could work. 🙂 Thanks great video as always! 😉☺️

I have a 2300 square foot house four bedroom, three bathroom, and three living room, galley kitchen, dining room, attached garage and laundry room. And I am telling you with three people living in it, it's enough room. Now when my other two kids come, with my six grandbabies, the house gets a little tight for space.

I enjoyed the Vlog both homes are beautiful love the wide staircase and the big island in the first house the second house I love the open floor plan in the kitchen was very nice I think 4,000 Square ft is a great size home especially a ranch that would be amazing tfs😍

I think 4000 is a lot , however if you are going to pay the same amount in a different community I say go large ! That’s what I’m facing
