Thank you to RLFX for giving me the opportunity to release this final project, it's been a long time in the making but I can finally say it's done. Huge thanks to my friend MonsterarcherVFX for working on this over the past year and a half and Henk for the sound design. 7 years I have been playing this game and if it weren't for RLFX and the early montages from the likes of Realize, Syntax and Bluey I doubt I would've been inspired to become a mechanical player. Rocket League has an amazing community full of talented individuals both on the pitch and in the creative space, without them Rocket League would not be where it is now. I can't wait to see what the Rocket League community will create in the coming years but for me as a player this is the end. Goodbye o7

I totally understand that. We wanted to try something different and tell more of a story with editing, but we tried to make the clips as visible as possible!

We spent a lot of time building a story from the very beginning around the dueling dragons which is how we chose our songs themes, colour palette and transition between the songs. My original concept centered around the blue dragon being the numb and cold overbearing sibling and the pink being the uplifting optimistic one over shadowed by the darkness that shrouded the other. It does somewhat reflect how I felt about Rocket League over the revent years and how I came to terms with the fact it's over, focusing on the positives about my journey and trying to better myself.

I love Rocket League montages but I hate over editing. Example: 2:02 atleast show us the final toch in full speed bro. Idk I might be picky and people might hate on me for my comment. I agree the clips aren't at the standards I would want for 8000 hours but I have some technical issues that I have no control over that severely limited my skill progression and ultimately forced me to leave the game after dealing with it for years. This was all I could do, the focus was mainly on debuting MonsterVFX on RLFX. Although my journey is over I hoped to showcase Monster's talent so that he can make a name for himself in the creative space.
