This condo now is $4.8M lol. My mom just sold our my childhood home for 30x what she paid for it in 1979 (Coconut Grove). I live in Wesley Chapel now and the prices are reading Miami levels here also. Craziness

For the price, it's nice but not too upscale for the type of money you're spending. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful building, but the condo itself leaves you wanting a bit more. I don't even want to know much is the assessment fees...

I don't understand why people would spend so much money to live in a small and congested areas like brickell where you have to deal with traffic all day .come on people don't be blinded by fake properties markets advertising .think before you take any decision and don't wait after to say you regret it.i haven't seen nothing impressive in brickell that has any charm just sky building .you could get the luxury anywhere if you feel good with yourself.peace and be smart.
